2011 Registration

All children who are residents of North Shore Central School District #1, born between November 30, 1998 and December 1, 2005 are eligible to play. All new players must bring to registration a photocopy of their birth certificate (or other official documentation of identity, such as a passport).  New players will not be registered until their birth date is documented!

Kindergarten- 7th grade.

Registration: Saturday January 8th & January 22, 2011

  •          TIME: 10AM-1PM
  •          PLACE: TOB Community Center, 200 Glen Head Rd
  •          FEE: 1st Player $130.00, 2nd player $115.00, Each           additional family member, $105.00. "CUBS"  $75.00.

Final Registration:    Wednesday, February 9th 2011

                                           

  •          TIME: 7:00-8:00 PM
  •          PLACE: Town of Oyster Bay Community Center, 200 Glen Head                                       Road, Glen Head
  •          FEE: 1st Player $150.00,2nd $135.00, $125.00 for each additional player. $95.00 for CUBS registration.( $20.00 late fee)

Note: A waiting list will be established for anyone       

            registering after February 9th.

 

  Requests for specific coaches or teams will not be honored.
